    First 17.2.1984 analysed charts has to be studied. Through "Wyoming weather web" 17.2.1984 upper air data could not be retrieved fully for Chennai. [No temp data for Karaikal available on the site]But 17.2.1984 / 0000 Z temp indicated RH 96% up to 700 hPa at Chennai.
    However Reanalysis is possible.
